Contractors must hold valid licenses, certifications, and qualifications required by law.
Contractors are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety requirements.
Contractors must maintain appropriate insurance coverage, including public liability insurance, where required.
Blueflame Plumber is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the Contractor’s actions, negligence, or failure to comply with safety standards.
Contractors are responsible for providing their own tools, equipment, and materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All equipment must be safe, well-maintained, and suitable for the work being performed.
Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of work.
Contractors are responsible for invoicing accurately and on time.
Blueflame Plumber reserves the right to withhold payment for incomplete, unsatisfactory, or non-compliant work.
Contractors must keep all customer information, pricing, and business-related details confidential.
Confidential information must not be shared with third parties without written consent from Blueflame Plumber.
Blueflame Plumber reserves the right to terminate the contractor relationship at any time if these terms are breached.
Contractors may also end the relationship by providing reasonable notice.
